An Arcane Dispute – ‘Golf’ – New Single, New Video

Let me paint you a picture regarding my history with An Arcade Dispute.

I met band member, Sammy Crocker, on my first day of university. An excitable, wiry and skinny lad with a passion for music that, if I’m honest, took me back a little. Skip forward a year from then and I’m hearing about his band (then named Lascaux), playing shows within the city of Bath at both The Hobgoblin and The Nest, in fairly quick succession.

Long story short, I made a few promises I couldn’t keep about attending these said shows to review Sammy’s band, as I ended up having to miss both of them.

However, with their new music video for their latest single, ‘Golf’, recently being released, there is definitely reason enough for me to refresh my memories of want and desire for An Arcade Dispute, and realise that missing those gigs were perhaps some of the biggest regrets I’ve made in terms of live music.

Why? Because An Arcane Dispute are undisputedly worth your time!

Their unique blend of “Rock-like” structures with a jagged, Refused-esque Hardcore/Post-Hardcore rumble is guaranteed to make your hips convulse under the sultry beat.
