Bobby Funk – ‘Pasty Blagger’ – The New Single, The New Video, Pasties And A Vinyl.

Bobby Funk – Falmouth, England, United Kingdom

You may remember these gents from 2014, exclaiming that they were a ‘C**t’, on a raw and oh so fresh slab of good time Hardcore Punk? No? Well, if not then you can find the review of their debut, here.

The Falmouth boys have been busy.

The new single ‘Pasty Blagger’, has just had a video filling and is by far the best material the band have surfaced so far. Not only is the 2:51 of video the best DIY video I have ever seen but the bands musical direction is just as captivating. Their trademark, no bullshit Hardcore is weird, wonderful and captures Punk Rock perfectly.

‘We Cornish take our pasties seriously, technically this song is about someone stealing possessions in a pasty factory.’ – Or something like that. Never deprive a Cornish man or woman of their Pasty. Trust me.

‘Pasty Blagger’ is out on March 19th on Vinyl, CD and MP3 on Autonomonster Records. CD and Vinyl can be acquired by contacting the band and Autonomonster, while the MP3 format can be found on bandcamp.

Oh and gigs, I’m sure they will have some there as well.

The Vinyl edition of the single is itself a limited edition, and LIMITED to 100 copies. So if Vinyl is your thing, then you know what to do. It even comes with a bonus track (also on the CD release) entitled ‘Death From A Bud’.
