Punk and Folk have always made for a brutal mixture, especially when the message is politically charged, which is where Mick O’ Toole fit in. The band have been busy since their inception in 2012, playing gigs all over the UK or at the least – where the cider flows.

Musically Fresh hasn’t had the pleasure of catching the live show as of yet but we can easily imagine these Wiltshire-based boys playing Cider Festivals and Punk-Rock shows, killing it on both fronts.

We got ourselves a new take on the Folk Punk scene, by all means tank that old Rosie till you’re nice and toasted but you can’t ignore the matter at hand, being that our governments are killing us off like flies, is not time we stood up questioned this vulgar display of authority? Mick O’ Toole strongly think so.

The new single False Flag Collapse released in January of this year, has taken the UK by force featuring Jamie Oliver of Punk veterans UK Subs and The Izuna Drop contributing some gritty vocal skills. The song itself see’s the band branching out from “Cider Punk” into more substantial issues and I look forward to hear with what they come out with in the future.
